Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Novocruit. Novocruit is operated by Novocruit Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 16668353). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Novocruit provides career education, AI tools, lessons, sector playbooks, a sponsor directory, community features and optional 1:1 support for people seeking UK roles.

Not legal or immigration advice

Novocruit is not a law firm and is not regulated to give immigration advice. Visa and sponsorship information is general education only. For advice on your own immigration case, speak to a regulated immigration adviser or solicitor. Sponsor directory data comes from public sources and may be out of date. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or visa outcomes.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over to create an account.
• Keep your login details secure and give accurate information.
• Do not misuse the service, share paid content, scrape the platform or harass other members.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Subscription page; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Discounts: partner code AIESEC34 reduces the Accelerator plan from £49 to £34 per month for as long as your subscription continues. Codes cannot be combined.

Paid plans give immediate access to digital content. When you subscribe, you ask us to start straight away and accept that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access begins. Subscription payments are therefore non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

1:1 sessions

You can cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session for a full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed sessions, are not refunded.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. This cancels any subscription immediately with no further charges and no refund for the current period.

AI output

AI-generated content may contain mistakes. Review it before using it in applications.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload or write. You allow us to use it only to provide the service to you.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes in advance.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK, EU or Switzerland, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of your home country. Questions: joshua@novocruit.com.
